Leonard Chan / Chief Strategy Officer
  • Holder of Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Degree from University on New South Wales in Australia, Mr. Chan has accumulated over 18 years of business development and project management experience in Asia Pacific region, of which over 12 years in contact center or customer services related industry.
  • As the Chief Strategy Officer and Co-founder of 800 TeleServices, Mr. Leonard Chan responsible for spearhead business development strategy for 800 TeleServices and to formulate tailor-made solution for all of our valuable patrons. In his current capacity, Mr. Chan oversees three function departments including Business Development & Account Servicing, Service Planning & Development and Information Technology. He has overall responsibility in coordinating our internal resources, translating brilliant business ideas into practical executable operation solution.
  • Mr. Chan responsible for the deployment of all of the company’s contact centers currently operated. He formulated the contact center user functional requirement, technical specification, floor plan layout, telecommunication plan, and responsible for the overall project management in all the contact center implementation.
  • Before founding 800 TeleServices, Mr. Chan involved in several start-up businesses in the Asia Pacific region, related mainly to customer service and telecommunication industry, acquiring in depth local cultural and business practice environment understanding of many Asia countries in particular in the Greater China Region.

Benjamin Ma / Chief Operating Officer
  • Graduated from Hong Kong University with a Bachelor degree in Social Science
  • Over 15 years of experience in the customer service industry
  • Currently stations in Shanghai and is responsible for the Shanghai, Hong Kong and Taiwan call centers operations
  • Has distinctive regional accomplishment including building and managing Hutchison call center in Singapore, running the China operation for a leading retailer, Giodano, prior joining 800 TeleServices

Susan Wang / Head of Business Development & Account Servicing Department
  • Devoting her career in customer services industry, Ms. Wang armed with nearly 20 years regional exposure of which 6 years in contact center industry in China – cover the areas of operation, consulting/training, client servicing and business developing. Now Susan Wang holds the post of Head of Business Development in 800 TeleServices.
  • Born and brought up in Taipei, Ms. Wang graduated from Ming Chung University, majored in Accounting and Statistics and had further earned her Certification of TEAFL – Teaching English As Foreign Language in UC Berkeley Ext. afterward.
  • Started from Year 2002, Ms. Susan Wang performed highly acclaimed contact center service to various quality demanded international conglomerate throughout the industries extensively including: Telecommunication (Taiwan Telecommunication Networks, China Unicom, China Mobile & China Telecom); Banking & Insurance (Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, AXA, Royal Sun & Alliance); Electronic Communication (Sony, Fuji Xerox, Panasonic, NEC, dopod, Besta); Traveling & Transportation (UPS, Costa, Star Cruise); Pharmaceuticals (Abbott, Roche); FMCG (Amway, Kodak) & Consulting (D&B)…etc.

Dickson Lo / Hong Kong Operation Manager
  • Studied in UK majoring in Electrical Engineering
  • Has 8 years working experience in the hotel industry before devoting himself to the call center industry
  • 12 years experience in call centre industry, his regional accomplishment includes building and managing Hong Kong New World Mobility call center in Guangzhou prior joining 800 TeleServices
  • Now is responsible for the entire operation and business development activities in Hong Kong
