All Staff Meetings are held quarterly. During the meeting, staff are briefed with the previous project status and the industry development over the past quarter. Additionally, the company leaders will share with all staff the news within our company, including personnel promotion, quarterly star results, advanced individual recognition and various team building activities of different project teams.
All Staff Meeting opens a gate to staff to express their views and make recommendations with full ownership. And on the next meeting, the leaders will respond to these views and recommendations to ensure that each valuable comment can be implemented.
