Recently held the 2009 Best Contact Center and CRM Awards Ceremony in China, 800 TeleServices won the "2009 Best Outsourcing Call Center Award (outbound services)". At the same time, after discussion and examination of the Committee, Ms Susan Wang, director of business development and customer service, was awarded the honorary title "2009 Best Call Center Manager in China".
It is learned that the selection is co-sponsored by the China Call Center and CRM Awards Committee, 51callcenter, CNCBA, ChinaSourcig Alliance and directed by CSIP of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The Awards Ceremony of "2009 Best Call Center and CRM in China" was held in Chengdu, which was full shot and covered by CCTV on site. The Ceremony is the largest annual assembly in call center and CRM industry in Asia-Pacific region, which aims at promoting call center industry in China and rewarding teams and individuals who has made outstanding contributions to the call center industry.
