It has been one year since we implemented the online e-Learning system in call center training , and managing to achieve the work target that we have set for the year. In the last twelve months, we had four groups, total 25 projects/departments participating in the implementation. Parallel to the increase in the use of e-Learning in training, until March this year, employees in Shanghai and Kunshan centers has developed over 200 excellent pieces of courseware for all employees for share.
After this period of stage one implementation, the e-Learning platform has already benefit the staff of all levels and in different geographical areas. To let them to learn the courses anytime and anywhere.
